Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
Clean, disinfect, organize and polish kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms dining rooms and more. We pride ourselves on organizing as we clean in every room, counter top, side tables etc.
Itemize, Purge, help client donate good, unused items. Then remove items from area of concern, clean & disinfect cupboards/shelves/floors etc., replace items categorically in an organized manner.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Deep-cleaned two homes, one in Napa, one in Yountville. These two jobs became monthly clients. Also organized a wine closet in Napa which the customer was very happy. We organized by varietal then year! You can see the "after" photo in our pictures.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Best advice I could give is make sure they listen to your wants and needs. Get references - This is very important.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How do you know where to start? I always tell my clients it's up to them. One simple questions I ask is what is the one thing that bothers them the most about not being organized, this usually opens up the conversation as to which room they really need to start with.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do? First and foremost, we LOVE what we do!

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Finishing a job and seeing a smile on a clients face. Each client at first is a little apprehensive which is understandable, that's why it is very fulfilling when a job is finished and my clients are happy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do I do what I do. My clients are amazed that I can look at a room, closet, drawer or even a garage and see the organizing potential. It really pays to have the experience I have acquired in all the years of my service.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I booked an Estate job. The job was supposed to be a couple weeks with only working a few hours each week. The woman decided that she was very happy with my work and very comfortable that the job turned into 6 months!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I am a very honest person. I have a high degree of integrity, humility and most important, "ATTENTION TO DETAIL"!
When I go into someone's home I think about the "golden rule". Do unto others...
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My drive to organize, prioritize and have everything in it's proper place. Also I love shiny chrome finishes.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. My attention to detail. I not only see things that need to be addressed, but I make sure I complete a task 100% before moving on to the next.
Q. What if my regular cleaning day falls on a holiday?
A. We will contact you ahead of time to arrange an alternate day for that week.
